A graffiti artist who targets homes of the elite uncovers a twisted secret in a hidden basement — triggering events that put his loved ones in danger.
George Mackay portrays Toby, a rebellious teenage British graffiti artist who earns recognition by invading the mansions of the affluent to spray his seditious creative mural that reads "I Came By" over the opulent walls. Toby is comparable to a fictitious Banksy.
He becomes somewhat of a folk hero while donning a hoodie and remaining completely anonymous, but he is also sought after by the law and the wealthy and powerful individuals whose mansions he vandalizes. Only Jay (Percelle Ascott), a fellow rebel graffiti artist who frequently targets affluent homes with Toby, knows his identity. As his girlfriend informs him that she is pregnant, Jay begins to have second thoughts about what they are doing.
